1. Purpose and access

Moksha YouTube Automation is a private, owner-operated application for managing authorized workflows associated with the In Pursuit of Moksha YouTube channel. No public subscription, registration or user-facing service is offered through this website.

2. Google and YouTube permissions

The application uses official YouTube API Services. By using features that connect to YouTube, the authorizing user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and relevant Google policies. The user controls the Google account authorization and can revoke it through Google Account settings.

3. Authorized operations

Channel actions must occur within the permissions granted by the authorized channel owner. Reading channel information, uploading content, editing metadata or changing visibility are subject to the workflow's actual available features and any separate owner authorization. The website itself does not upload videos or allow visitors to authorize channel changes.

4. Content and intellectual property

The channel operator is responsible for having appropriate rights in any uploaded content and for complying with applicable laws, platform policies and third-party licenses. This application does not claim affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from Google or YouTube.

5. Availability and amendments

The website is provided for transparency about this private application. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. These terms may be updated to reflect material changes to the application.
